Your Impact
Develop and execute supplier quality strategies that align with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
Conduct supplier audits, assessments, and qualifications to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish robust control plans, process flow charts, and statistical process controls (SPC).
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities for supplier-related issues.
Partner with procurement, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth launches of new solar components and materials.
Analyze supplier performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives to enhance quality, cost, and delivery.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, or related technical field, or equivalent experience (10+ years).
Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality, preferably within automotive, electronics, or renewable energy manufacturing.
Deep understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, and SPC methodologies.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Proven success leading cross-functional problem-solving and supplier development initiatives.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%).
What Will Set You Apart
ASQ certifications (CQE, CQA).
Experience with solar modules, inverters, or energy storage systems.
Knowledge of environmental and safety regulations impacting global supply chains.
Additional languages to support international suppliers.
