We seek to break cycles of exploitation and support survivors of human trafficking as they heal from their traumas—offering long‑term, comprehensive aftercare services.

Key Responsibilities

Implement all aspects of our Housing Programs, including reviewing, planning, designing and fulfilling program policies, procedures, and grant compliance guidelines.

Maintain all required documentation, including reports for grants, and assist in tracking outcomes for grant purposes.

Lead and supervise Residential staff and transportation coordinator, ensuring all staff are trained in trauma‑informed and strength‑based practices and adhere to the organization’s core values.

Coordinate care with the Direct Service team to address participant goals and desired outcomes, ensuring a seamless system of care.

Recruit and empower a team of Residential Staff for the two‑year residential programming piece of the holistic healing journey.

Monitor the residence for issues, provide first‑level maintenance, problem‑solving, oversight, and crisis de‑escalation.

Develop innovative programming for Residential participants focusing on their unique needs, goals and interests.

Lead innovative psycho‑educational programs and maintain the Survivor Resource Center and residential needs list.

Provide back‑up on‑call support on a rotating basis.

Carry out duties assigned by the Chief Program Officer and CEO.

Establish caring relationships with survivors in the safe residential environment.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other organizations for case coordination and response.

Coordinate closely with the Chief Program Officer and staff to improve system of care for survivors.

Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for grant reporting and research.

Attend staff meetings, supervise direct reports, and represent the organization at professional and community events as requested.

Perform any other agency‑related duties as directed.

Oversee internal security systems, confidential databases, and staff personnel requests.

Qualifications

Prior supervisory experience required; prior residential experience preferred.

Understanding of trauma‑informed care.

Demonstrated ability to implement best practices for at‑risk individuals and families.

Proficient de‑escalation skills for volatile situations.

Moderate computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets).

People‑oriented, able to build rapport with diverse populations.

Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Confidentiality and ethical standards required.

Fast learner, flexible, and diligent.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Additional Requirements

Initial and random drug screening.

Background check.

Commitment to the organization’s core values.

Employment Details Job Type: Full‑time, 40‑hour work week. Non‑traditional hours, weekends, evenings, and holidays may be required.

Salary: $55,000–$60,000 based on education and experience.

Benefits

Health, vision, and dental insurance. Eligible 30 days after employment.

$150 per month for therapy.

Paid time off: 120 hours (10 hours/month), 96 hours sick leave, 13 paid holidays, 4 floating holidays.

Short‑term disability, long‑term disability, AD&D, and life insurance.

403(b) retirement plan with employer match up to 1% of salary. Eligible after 6 months.
