Enlighten is looking for an experienced Product Owner to directly support operations and assist in growth strategy with emphasis on U.S. Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) at Fort Gordon, GA. The role includes project management and DevSecOps support to enable organic growth, data acquisition, data validation and training efforts for cyber operations on the government owned Big Data Platform (BDP). On-site presence with the customer 2-3 days/week is required. CONUS or OCONUS travel may be required up to 25% of the time. Intended for candidates with a background in government/defense programs and cyber operations who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the Army ecosystem. Responsibilities
Establish, foster and strengthen relationships between the company and targeted government customers. Lead data acquisition development and data strategy to support operations and validate data-related production capabilities within the customer’s daily operations. Serve as the SME for Army operational BDP capabilities and operationalize capabilities into the customer’s daily operations. Provide excellent technical support to Army users of the BDP regarding data needs and requirements; answer questions and troubleshoot issues related to data ingest on the platform. Understand all tiers of the Army Network to support implementing new data pipeline solutions from the Army base level to the enterprise. Lead gathering of data requirements from Army customer leads and convey them to developers by establishing and maintaining an Army data strategy. Understand Enlighten’s technology and capabilities and champion them accordingly. Provide leadership updates on project status, key customer engagements, and the government’s direction and adoption of capabilities. Act as SME for Army customer landscape; establish relationships with influential leads and support government decision-making related to data. Collaborate with the Enlighten Customer Experience Group (CEG) to develop and implement development plans, roadmaps, and action plans for identified communities of interest. Expand future opportunities by working with existing customers; document and maintain opportunities in the CEG pipeline tools. Develop customer relationships and maintain knowledge of customer plans, programs and market intelligence. Develop external network of solution partners and providers. Collaborate with internal marketing and engineering teams. Own the customer experience from start to finish; coordinate with development and engineering teams to ensure DevSecOps delivery aligns with customer targets and timelines. Act as the focal point for communicating data capabilities to customers and ensure they are aware of relevant DevSecOps touchpoints for updates, features or capabilities acceptance. Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
Security Clearance: A current Secret level U.S. Government security clearance is required; U.S. citizenship required. 9+ years in DoD cyber, agile development, and/or big data with a BA in Business, a technical field, or related; 7 years relevant experience with a Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience. Prior government or military experience with organizations such as MARFORCYBER, DCSA, DISA, Army Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, U.S. Air Force (AFCYBER), or 10TH Fleet / Navy Cyber. Experience managing complex technical projects or programs. Understanding of budgeting practices and acquisitions processes within the organizations or related relationships. Strong computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with others; ability to speak in a public forum. Excellent interviewing, active listening and empathy skills. Experience participating in full lifecycle of Business Development (proposal support, staffing, opportunity identification, bid/no-bid analysis, RFI/Market Responses, etc.). Excellent organizational and attention to detail; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel up to 25%, CONUS or OCONUS, sometimes on short notice. Ability to work on customer site 2-3 days a week in Augusta, GA; flexibility to adapt to schedule changes as needed. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Software Engineering, Cloud Technologies, Data Engineering and Cyber Security. Technical background to determine system requirements and collaborate with engineering and management to ensure accurate design and estimation (asset but not required).
