The iconic Hotel del Coronado is looking for a Cook II to join our team. Join one of the last surviving wooden Victorian beach resorts in the world and enjoy our $400M renovation and expansion. Located on Coronado Island, just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this property boasts over 750 rooms, 10 food and beverage outlets, and oceanfront dining.

Must be available weekdays, weekends, and holidays Pay Rate:
$21.32 per hour (based on experience and location)
What will I be doing?
Prepare cold food items such as salads, fruits, dressings, fish items, and appetizers, per recipes and quality standards
Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards
Manage guest orders in a friendly, timely and efficient manner
Ensure knowledge of menu and food products
Stock and maintain designated food stations
Visually inspect all food sent from the kitchen
Practice correct food handling and storage procedures according to federal, state, local, and company regulations
