The Consumer & Product Insights team within Aristocrat provides data and insights on market and consumer trends to advise decision‑making across the enterprise. This cross‑functional center of excellence brings together outstanding market insights, consumer research, and product strategy to identify new market opportunities, adapt to shifting consumer demand, and help the business realize the full potential of a diverse multichannel product portfolio. As part of the Aristocrat Global Product Organization, this team is crucial in enabling a data‑driven culture that defines strategies and roadmaps based on a deep understanding of player needs and successful competitor strategies.

What You'll Do

Own and operate daily data intake, analysis, visualization, & reporting for Player Experience Benchmarking, Slots Product Insights, and other research programs

Develop self‑serve PowerBI and Looker dashboards that visualize always‑on analysis of unified player, product, and market data

Query market performance data for 100k+ apps & games to new insights about player choice, expectations, and incentives

Explore detailed product data about sources/sinks, progression, difficulty, reward value, pricing, and more to develop new Social Slots insights

Proactively work with other analysts on multidisciplinary data analysis projects

Clearly articulate & present your work to support partners across multiple product and commercial teams with diverse functional backgrounds

Develop & maintain a detailed command of industry‑standard terminology spanning Social Slots, Real‑Money Online, and Land‑based slots verticals

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience required

2-4 years of experience in a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role at a consumer‑facing company – games or gaming industry preferred

Familiarity with free‑to‑play games, real‑money gaming, and related product benchmarks

Structuring Data – Strong understanding of APIs, workflows, and manual/automated data cleaning to maintain reliable data integrations

SQL–Experience writing organized queries to explore sophisticated data sets

Dashboarding–Ability to quickly & clearly visualize data with Looker/PowerBI

Pay Range $78,400 - $145,600 per year
