Full Time Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) or Assistants (SLPAs) - Williston, ND
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a welcoming school district near Williston, ND for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students (K-12).
Evaluate, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
Requirements For SLPs
Masters degree in Speech-language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active North Dakota SLP license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
For SLPAs
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
Active North Dakota SLPA license or eligibility to obtain before the start date.
General
Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred but not required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Position Details
Full-time (part-time may be considered).
On-site, school-based role.
Caseload and grade level determined based on experience and district needs.
Competitive hourly pay and weekly compensation.
