Speech Language Pathologist
Sunny Days of California, Inc. is looking for a Speech Therapist to provide home‑based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers and their families. This role is available across California.
Salary Competitive rates based on experience ($65/hour–$75/hour).

Opportunity to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in both home and community‑based settings
Job Responsibilities
Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
Follow each child’s IFSP and work with families to develop strategies to help each child reach developmental goals.
Utilize family‑centered parent coaching to build caregivers’ confidence and skills; ensure progress is generalized.
Provide services in children’s natural environments – families’ homes, daycare centers, other community settings; virtual services also available.
Provide reassessments and write progress reports (typically bi‑annual).
Maintain confidentiality of information about children and families per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
Requirements
California Speech Language Pathology license.
Pediatric experience required (Early Intervention experience preferred).
Home‑based service delivery experience preferred.
Strong clinical & interpersonal skills.
Excellent written & oral communication skills.
Spanish bilingual a plus.
