Summary The Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) is responsible for managing and overseeing the dietary operations across the Health Center, Summer House, and Assisted Living Community. This includes supervising dietary aides and dining staff, ensuring compliance with nutrition and sanitation standards, and supporting resident‑centered dining experiences. The CDM collaborates with the Director of Dining Services, dietitians, and healthcare staff to provide high‑quality, safe, and cost‑effective food service that meets the needs of residents.
