Responsibilities
Collaborate with pharmacy departments and other AHF divisions to provide patient care.
Present a friendly smile, helpful voice, and helpful attitude to patients, clients, and customers seeking services, information, prescription transfers, or grievance filing.
Provide a high level of clinical skills and knowledge in caring for patients to help them live a sustainable quality of life and improve health.
Handle incoming calls and meet and greet patients in the pharmacy.
Act as a problem solver, providing a “helping hand” and calming influence to upset or stressful patients.
Enhance the experience of pharmacy employees by being friendly, helpful, and offering assistance.
Offer feedback to managers regarding service improvements.
Adapt to various situations with ease and flexibility, consistently adding value to the pharmacy team.
Qualifications
Current pharmacist license in the state of employment.
Or hold an American Academy of HIV Physicians (AAHIVP) Certification for Pharmacist; current or obtained within 18 months of employment.
Data input skills and experience in pharmacy systems, including typing skills.
Familiarity with Windows PC applications.
