What You’ll Do
Provide mental health services to individuals and families, conducting thorough assessments and offering client‑centered care.
Document progress, write detailed notes, and maintain accurate records.
Offer compassionate support to help clients manage life challenges and improve overall well‑being.
Utilize evidence‑based practices to drive positive outcomes and deliver the highest quality care.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, professional, and ethical standards.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand clients’ needs and support their emotional growth.
Qualifications
Determined and result‑driven individual while maintaining strict adherence to regulations and ethical standards.
Knowledgeable, highly organized, and innovatively‑minded with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Competent, highly organized, with excellent time‑management skills.
Comfortable working independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
1‑2 years of experience providing therapy, particularly to children and families.
Active LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCSW‑C licensure in the state of Maryland.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work with a diverse population and demonstrate cultural sensitivity.
Openness to see clients in‑person.
