Position Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Coordinator is responsible for daily oversight and coordination of activities within the assigned clinic in collaboration with clinic leadership. The position combines administrative and direct patient care services and serves as the clinical role model and resource for clinic staff including RNs, LPNs, MA‑C, and others.
Responsibilities
Provides clinical supervision of RNs, LPNs, CMAs, assessing skill level and knowledge, and assists in skill development as needed; imparts knowledge to improve patient care and assists with problem‑solving and corrective action.
Sets clinical goals for assigned areas in collaboration with nursing leadership and clinic leadership.
Utilizes nursing process as a systematic problem‑solving approach to nursing care, facilitating optimal functioning and health for patients.
Triage patients in person, via telephone, and secure messages using protocols, guidelines, and standards.
Make decisions regarding patient care using critical thinking skills, integrating relevant standards, resources, and data.
Deliver medical regimens as directed by physicians and APPs, utilizing assessment and analysis skills.
Delegate selected patient care functions to staff in accordance with their education, credentials, and demonstrated competence.
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent, completed within five (5) years of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in lieu of education under an agreement.
Advance degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
Registered Nurse license (RN) in Washington State or multi‑state licensure endorsement (MSL).
Current BLS Certification.
Advanced Life Support certification may be required after hire, depending on clinic site.
Two years of RN experience required; preferably in a clinical setting.
Certification in relevant clinical specialty or nursing leadership preferred.

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental, and retirement benefits, and paid time off. The pay scale for this position ranges from $91,790.00 to $177,154.00 USD, influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, and certifications. If associated with a union contract, pay will reflect the applicable step on the pay scale.
