Provide comprehensive primary care services, including patient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab work as appropriate Prescribe medications in accordance with state and federal guidelines Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) Participate in patient education and preventative care initiatives Essential Requirements
Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in New York Valid DEA license Current BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting (primary care preferred) Clean background
