At Making Opportunity Count (MOC), we believe therapy should be both accessible for clients and sustainable for clinicians. As a community based nonprofit, we help families across North Central Massachusetts achieve stability and wellness through programs in housing, education, workforce, and behavioral health.
We are expanding our Counseling Center and seeking compassionate, licensed clinicians: LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFTs, to provide outpatient counseling services. Whether you’re looking to supplement your income, build a full caseload, or practice fully remote, this role offers complete flexibility with no caseload minimums when fee for service and robust administrative support.

Role Requirements
Active Massachusetts license (LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT).
Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field.
Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic records.
Dedication to trauma-informed practice.
Eligibility to enroll as a Medicare provider (support provided if not already credentialed).
Multilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation: Full time exempt clinicians earn between $75,000 and $85,000 annually. Fee for service clinicians rates are negotiable, market aligned rates.
Compensation details: 30.24-40.91 Hourly Wage.
