Physician Assistant, OB/GYN – Per Diem

experienced Physician Assistant
to work
per diem
in our
OB/GYN
department. Our system includes three hospital campuses and an integrated network of primary and specialty care practices in Cambridge, Somerville, and Boston’s Metro North Region. CHA is a teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School (HMS) and Tufts University School of Medicine.
Provide inpatient care at Cambridge Hospital.
Work independently and collaboratively with our team of providers in an inpatient multidisciplinary setting.
Work days, nights, and weekends; night shifts preferred. Incoming PAs should expect to work 12-hour shifts at least once a month.
Assist in delivering maternity care on the L&D unit, maternity triage, inpatient rounding for GYN patients, ED consults, and first assist in operative cases.
Candidates must demonstrate a strong commitment to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population. Qualified candidates should be able to collaborate and work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. Previous experience in an academic or safety-net system is a plus.
