Location: Honolulu, HI
Pay: $24/hour + Bonus
Experience: At least 1 year of direct patient care experience.
Education: Current State of Hawaii Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification required.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Hospice Aide (CNA) to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description
Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, oral care, skin care, hair care, and shaving.
Support patients with daily living activities such as toileting, dressing, feeding, ambulation, and transfers.
Assist with range of motion exercises and positioning for patient comfort.
Provide support with medical equipment and devices as directed.
Ensure a safe and sanitary environment, including bed linen changes and room tidying.
Monitor patient conditions and report significant changes to the Nurse Case Manager.
Document all care in accordance with agency protocol.
Participate in Interdisciplinary Team conferences to ensure quality and continuity of care.
Perform travel to patient homes and other care facilities as needed.
Comply with all health, safety, and agency policies.
Position Requirements
Current CNA certification in the State of Hawaii.
Ability to operate hospital equipment, including beds, wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts.
Proficient with clinical charting software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and carry up to 100 lbs safely.
Dependable, flexible, and organized.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
