Shape the team behind the experience! As Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all HR operations for the venue, including recruiting, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, and benefits coordination. You’ll ensure a supportive and inclusive workplace that aligns with Levy’s values and culture. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in hospitality or events Strong knowledge of HR laws, benefits administration, and compliance Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management Support training, development, and engagement initiatives Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting Partner with venue leadership to promote company culture At Levy / About Levy
