to help drive their early‑career talent strategy and strengthen their presence across premier campuses.

Key Responsibilities

Campus Engagement & Relationship Management:

Develop and manage relationships with career services, faculty, and student organizations at key universities and business schools.

Serve as the face of the firm on campus, ensuring a positive and consistent brand presence.

Plan and execute on‑campus and virtual events such as career fairs, info sessions, panels, and case competitions.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution:

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify campus hiring needs across business functions including investment banking, asset management, finance, risk, and technology.

Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Track and report on hiring metrics, ensuring hiring targets and timelines are met.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding:

Deliver a seamless and high‑touch candidate experience for students and graduates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Develop engaging content and presentations that promote the firm’s culture, values, and career paths.

Contribute to social media and digital branding strategies targeted at campus audiences.

Program Management:

Oversee internship programs and graduate analyst onboarding in collaboration with L&D and HR business partners.

Coordinate feedback loops, evaluations, and conversion efforts for interns and trainees.

Support mentorship and buddy programs to foster intern/graduate engagement.

Process & Continuous Improvement:

Optimize recruitment workflows, using data and candidate feedback to improve processes.

Stay updated on campus recruiting trends and competitor activity.

Leverage recruitment systems (ATS/CRM) for pipeline tracking, analytics, and reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

4–5 years of relevant experience in campus recruitment, preferably in a financial services or professional services environment.

Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

Proficient in applicant tracking systems and virtual recruiting tools.

Willingness to travel for campus events (as needed).
