Hybrid | Atlanta, GA (Sandy Springs)
DESCRIPTION Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Salesforce CRM Support Manager to work on a 6-12‑month contract‑to‑hire position working hybrid onsite 3 days a week in Sandy Springs, GA with two days remote. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a W‑2 basis. For our W‑2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401(k) with company matching, and life insurance. Rate: $85‑$95 W‑2.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and mentor a team of 4‑7 Salesforce support engineers, providing guidance and support as needed.
Serve as the primary contact for Salesforce issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and stability of the Salesforce platform.
Configure and customize Salesforce to meet evolving business needs and optimize performance.
Drive continuous improvement, process optimizations, and innovation across the support team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
8+ years of experience in Technical Customer Success, Salesforce CRM, SaaS platforms, or similar roles.
4+ years in a leadership role managing high‑performing technical teams.
Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce, particularly Service Cloud.
Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical issues into business solutions.
Experience guiding cross‑functional teams to resolve complex customer or project needs.
