Prepare and update revenue and volumetric five -year forecasts on a quarterly basis Provide rate analysis and rate case support for FERC rate case proceedings Prepare and submit various rate and regulatory related FERC filings, and ensure FERC postings compliance Perform Cost-of-Service modeling and analysis for potential expansion projects Development and monitoring annual O&M department budget, including quarterly projection updates Provide monthly financial and budget reports and perform variance analyses Manage Contract Administration Program, including processing requests for service and working closely with the Credit and Legal departments to administer contracts in a timely manner Serve as department’s business system liaison and work closely with Information Services on testing business system upgrades and modifications Provide shipper billing support and review invoices on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy of rates Manage and maintain the department’s SOX program and work with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance Perform financial analysis for ad hoc requests Liaison to other departments, including Gas Accounting, Credit, Finance, Accounting, and Information Services MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field Very strong mathematical and analytical skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication and interpersonal skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in the FERC regulatory and rates arena Understanding of pipeline rates and services ABOUT NATIONAL FUEL:

The base salary range for this position is $62,500 – $87,000. This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills. The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
