Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price Reach out to all inquiries with the goal of converting leads into listing appointments Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Qualifications:
