Mach Industries is seeking a

Technical Recruiter

to help us scale our world-class engineering and manufacturing teams. This role will be pivotal in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional technical talent across disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, software, and GNC. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to shape recruitment strategies that align with our aggressive growth goals and mission-critical timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, is passionate about UAS technology and national security, and has a keen understanding of what it takes to attract, screen, and close the best talent in the world. Key Responsibilities

Partner with engineering and leadership teams to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.

Source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple channels, including LinkedIn, technical forums, and industry events.

Drive the full recruitment lifecycle — from outreach and interviews to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-priority and hard-to-fill technical roles.

Implement scalable recruiting processes and tools to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Serve as a strategic advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate engagement best practices.

Represent Mach Industries as a brand ambassador at recruiting events, conferences, and university partnerships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, STEM, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, business operations, or sales, ideally within deep tech or hard tech verticals.

Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical candidates in competitive markets.

Strong understanding of engineering roles and organizational structures.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.

Obsession with building excellent teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in startup or high-growth environments.

Familiarity with Department of Defense contracting or cleared hiring processes.

Proficiency with recruiting platforms such as Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Passion for emerging defense technology and innovation in national security.

Proven ability to build and scale recruitment processes from the ground up.
