Opportunity Highlights
Work with a team of 8 physicians who value collaboration and teamwork. New Eyes is part of the Comprehensive EyeCare enterprise, joined by Retina Consultants of Nevada, Shepherd Eye Center, Nevada Eye Surgery, and Nevada Eye Physicians. We are the largest ophthalmic group in Las Vegas, resulting in preferred payor contracts. We have a sophisticated internal marketing team and local physician liaisons. No administrative work needed to build a patient base! Ideal candidate is experienced in all corneal surgeries including crosslinking, refractive and complex cataracts, Lasik, PRK, transplants, DSAEK, DMEK, and complex anterior segments. Dedicated support from skilled clinical and administrative staff. Surgeries at the ASC owned by the enterprise. Application based EHR ran on Ipads (ModMed). Top tier compensation packages including signing bonus, retention bonus, relocation assistance, employer paid medical insurance premiums, CME + days off, professional dues and associations paid, license and DEA.
