Associate Veterinarian
to be part of its thriving team. The group prides itself on delivering exceptional care with compassion and collaboration—treating every patient as if they were their own.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals (and exotics, if desired)
Build trusted client relationships through communication and education
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of DVMs and skilled technicians
Uphold Fear Free and Cat Friendly standards in patient care
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
Eligibility for Texas veterinary licensure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive salary ($130K–$150K) + production (no negative accrual)
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
Up to 5 weeks paid time off
