We are looking for experienced
Network Engineer
with strong expertise in
Routing, Switching, and Cisco Meraki Wireless
solutions. The role involves configuring, deploying, and maintaining enterprise-grade networks ( CISCO product) with a focus on performance, security, Vendor Management, and high availability. Key Responsibilities
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including
routers, switches, and Meraki wireless access points . Design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements for performance, scalability, and security. Monitor network performance and proactively resolve connectivity issues. Manage
LAN/WAN/VLAN
configurations and ensure optimal routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.). Maintain and optimize the
Cisco Meraki Dashboard
for wireless management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, ACLs, and VPNs. Provide L2/L3 support for network-related incidents and service requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams to support IT projects and business initiatives. Create and maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs. Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven hands-on experience with
network routing and switching
technologies (Cisco). Strong experience with
Cisco Meraki wireless solutions
(Access Points, Switches, Security Appliances). Solid understanding of
routing protocols
(OSPF, EIGRP, BGP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLAN, STP, EtherChannel). Knowledge of
network security
best practices (firewalls, VPNs, ACLs). Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, CISCO 100 Eye). Familiarity with QoS, multicast, and high availability protocols (HSRP, VRRP). Good understanding of IPv4/IPv6 addressing and subnetting. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Cisco CCNA / CCNP
certification (or equivalent knowledge level). Experience with
SD-WAN
and cloud-managed networking. Exposure to
VoIP
and network convergence solutions. Knowledge of ITIL processes for incident, change, and problem management. Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or related field. Equivalent industry experience may be considered.
