Interior Design Non-Tenure Track Faculty - Gallatin College (Applicant Pool)

Appointments may be on a part-time basis and vary in duration, a couple weeks, a semester or an academic year, depending on the specific needs of the department or program. Gallatin College seeks non-tenure track faculty for the Interior Design program. Duties and Responsibilities
Gallatin College seeks course instructors to teach in Bozeman in one or more of the following specialty areas: Interior Design topics including intro to and history of design, presentation drawing, space planning, architectural construction and materials, environmental design, textiles and interior finishes, kitchen & bath, light & color, and digital software including Revit and SketchUp. Required Qualifications
Academic degree in a related field. Demonstrated experience working with and engaging diverse students and colleagues within and outside the department. Preferred Qualifications
AA or higher degree in Interior Design. Five or more years of teaching experience. Five or more years in the Interior Design industry. Demonstrated commitment to student, faculty, and staff diversity. The Successful Candidate Will
Work professionally and effectively with diverse individuals. Possess effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Understand the diverse Interior Design field and have a knowledge of the educational process in helping students become work-ready. Have an appreciation of diverse constituencies and add intellectual diversity to the department. The position for which you have applied MAY BE a Union position.
