An award-winning, 10-bed Critical-Access Hospital in Central Nebraska, just an hour from Lincoln, seeks an FM physician to join their team and work a 4-day week with 1 call day per month. Responsibilities
Work alongside 3 experienced FM physicians and 5 APPs 4-day work week, Mon–Thu Average of 15-20 patients per day (PPD) in clinic 1 call day per month covering the 4-bed ER and inpatient consults Compensation and Benefits
Base salary up to $325K; wRVU production can exceed $400K Sign-on bonus of $50,000 Full benefits + PTO, retirement, CME, relocation assistance Student loan repayment options up to $30K per year; Nebraska state matching up to $30K per year Community
