A long established and profitable investment company focused on the agriculture industry, located on the Westside of Los Angeles, seeks a highly professional Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operations Officer with direct farming industry experience. This is an exceptional opportunity to help with financial and operational due diligence, acquisitions, and strategic planning for this rapidly expanding company.
Chief Financial Officer or Chief Operations Officer: $250K-275K+ bonus and full benefits package
5 days in office, onsite. Not hybrid or remote. Potential for relocation assistance available.
Responsibilities
CFO: Full responsibility for all due diligence and acquisition analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, operations, investment analysis, and reporting.
COO: Full responsibility for managing farm holdings, evaluating potential farming acquisitions and required due diligence, evaluating agricultural efficiencies, developing policies and procedures for farming related operations, and more.
Supervise a staff of ~12.
Qualifications
10+ years CFO or COO experience (or similar role) with Agriculture industry - those without cannot be considered.
Investment, RE and equities experience a big plus.
Both hands on and big picture engagement.
