Role and responsibilities You will lead cross-functional initiatives to align business priorities and execution, streamline communications, and document processes to support scalability. Your efforts will enhance financial and operational controls, drive process improvements, and support product launches and investor communications, all while building strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also contribute to comprehensive operational risk assessments on alternative investment managers and funds, including private equity, credit, hedge funds, and other asset classes.
What you offer
10+ years of professional experience in asset management, wealth management, or financial services, with a focus on operations, finance, or fund administration
Operational due diligence experience is a plus, including experience in audit, risk, or operations within alternative investments, with a focus on private market strategies and hedge funds
Deep understanding of alternative investment structures and regulatory frameworks (e.g., 40 Act funds, evergreen/tender-offer vehicles, private funds)
Proven track record of optimizing processes to reduce operational risk and improve client responsiveness
Strong analytical, organizational, and project-management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly
What we offer
Salary range for this position: $240,000 - $300,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
