commercial multifamily

developments valued at

$100M+ , from preconstruction through final close-out. Based in Downtown Boston, the PM will be accountable for managing project teams, ensuring schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client satisfaction on large-scale, complex builds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all phases of multifamily development projects (100M+), including preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close-out.

Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, cost controls and forecasting to ensure financial and timeline targets are met.

Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, municipal agencies, and vendors to ensure alignment of design, permits, quality, and construction execution.

Implement and manage quality assurance / control: enforce specifications, standards, inspections, and deliverables.

Oversee jobsite safety protocol; ensure compliance with company safety policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.

Use technology tools (e.g. BIM, VDC, scheduling software, cost tracking systems) to improve project coordination, transparency, and risk mitigation.

Report regularly to senior leadership on project performance; elevate issues as needed; present project updates to stakeholders.

Lead and mentor internal project teams (assistant PMs, engineers) and ensure high performance and professional development of staff.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

10 years

of project management experience in commercial multifamily or mixed‑use ground‑up construction.

Demonstrated track record managing projects of

$100 million or greater .

Strong financial acumen: cost estimating, budget management, contracts/subcontracts, change orders.

Excellent knowledge of local Boston / New England permitting, building codes, and construction regulations.

Familiarity with BIM / VDC, scheduling software (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Procore, or similar), and related project control tools.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to lead teams in fast‑paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders.

Commitment to safety and quality, with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
