As a Finance Co‑Op at our manufacturing site in Breinigsville, PA, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, working alongside experts who will challenge and support you.
What You’ll Brew
Support monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis.
Assist with standard costing, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Build and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to help drive decision‑making.
Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Supply Chain teams to support projects that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Contribute to a meaningful project that adds measurable value to the business.
What Success Looks Like
You deliver accurate, timely work and quickly learn key financial processes.
You ask great questions, show curiosity, and identify ways to improve the work we do.
You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships across Finance and Operations.
You complete a project that leaves behind a lasting impact.
What Ingredients You’ll Bring
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, lookups) and comfort with data analysis; exposure to Power BI or other visualization tools is a plus.
Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and on a team.
Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
