Because you’re the ambition we need to expand Primark’s fashion revolution across the United States, you’ll lead and inspire store teams, set vision and direction, and drive continuous improvement to achieve strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
Set the store vision and direction, acting as a role model for your team.
Drive continuous improvement and maintain a forward‑thinking approach to deliver strategic goals in store.
Maximize sales, maintain store standards, and motivate your team.
Use inventory management, competitive analysis, and commercial excellence to exceed targets.
Own resource planning and scheduling to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What You’ll Bring
5+ years prior experience as a retail Store Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Excellent leadership and people‑management skills, developing high‑performing teams and future leaders.
Commercially astute – able to analyze reports and guide teams to improve performance.
Ability to engage and influence stakeholders, motivating a confident and enthusiastic team.
Strong planning and organizational skills with effective communication in English.
Pay Salary range for this role is $111,280 – $131,040 (good faith estimate). Base pay may vary based on region and experience.
