Overview The Position Our roster has an opening with your name on it. We are looking for a senior product leader to define and drive new product initiatives that focus on a variety of "Core" platform capabilities shared across all of our customer-facing products. This role focuses on our marketing technology (mar‑tech) and generosity enablement platforms, including our promotion & offers platform, marketing orchestration platforms, data integrations and more. You will ideate, draft and shape new features and closely collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, Business Development, Legal, Product, Compliance, and other teams across FanDuel. The Product Senior Director

is responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for their product area and for communicating this across all participants and stakeholders. The role includes ensuring the planning, prioritization and execution of a broad range of successful products. You will work closely with Product Managers to ensure product goals are clearly defined and with engineering counterparts to ensure smooth delivery of solutions to the market. The Director will instill a customer‑obsessed mindset and use a metric/KPI‑driven approach to roadmap decisions, aided by establishing, tracking and reporting on product performance. Note this role is not directly responsible for the creation or operational delivery of marketing content; instead you will partner closely with those teams to develop a mar‑tech stack that enables our business needs. Qualifications

Visionary with the ability to translate strategy & roadmap into tangible outcomes.

Experienced in hiring, retaining, growing and managing a team of product managers.

Comfortable being hands‑on in the details while leading a team.

Technical proficiency in software, mobile apps and e‑commerce.

Strong communicator who can simplify complex concepts and build common ground across stakeholders.

Excellent relationship builder with team members, users, customers and stakeholders.

Ability to build, experiment and iterate on features that drive product enhancements.

Champion of the MVP concept, distilling products to what is desirable, viable and feasible.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to monitor and report on product KPIs and system performance.

Team player who collaborates with multidisciplinary groups to scope, design, concept‑test and deliver innovative solutions.

Passionate about delivering industry‑leading, personalized content across multiple channels.

Bachelor’s degree required.

11+ years’ experience in product management.

5+ years’ experience managing a team of Product Managers.

Previous experience with marketing systems such as CDP, DMP, CRM, MCCM, and orchestration platforms such as Adobe, Experience Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Watson Campaign Automation, Braze, Optimove, or similar.

Strong quantitative, critical thinking and communication skills.

Regulatory compliance experience is strongly desired.

E‑commerce and gaming industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Design and launch a portfolio of consumer‑facing, high‑volume products, driving exceptional results.

Evaluate suppliers and partner with teams to make build‑vs‑buy decisions.

Identify, shape, and execute new products and initiatives via the Product Roadmap.

Ensure transparency and alignment on the roadmap across the group.

Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure successful product deliveries and launches.

Prioritize and execute post‑launch optimizations and improvements.

Define and analyze metrics that inform product success.

Maintain domain expertise on the product, market and competitors.

Support Product Managers in refining and managing the product backlog and roadmap.

Manage and grow a team of product managers, expanding existing product workstreams.

Salary Range The applicable salary range for this position is $186,000–$256,300 USD, depending on experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may also be eligible for short‑term or long‑term incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and a stock program participation. Additional benefits include medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid personal time off; 14 paid company holidays; and state and federal paid sick time compliance.
