What You Will Be Doing

Guide gifted learners in setting personalized educational goals, balancing academic rigor with essential life skills like resilience and grit.

Utilize cutting‑edge AI tools to monitor progress, customize learning experiences, and ensure students achieve their maximum potential swiftly.

Motivate and inspire students throughout their accelerated educational journey, fostering a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

Collaborate with a dedicated team to innovate education for gifted learners, exchanging insights and strategies to enhance our mission.

Youth Program Director Key Responsibilities Your main responsibility will be to inspire, mentor, and guide exceptionally gifted learners, enabling them to complete their high school education by the end of 8th grade through a personalized, innovative, and accelerated learning pathway.

Basic Requirements

Proven track record of academic excellence, such as being a National Merit or Presidential Scholar, excelling in academic Olympiads, earning a prestigious scholarship, or being a dual‑enrolled student.

Experience in mentoring, coaching, or teaching roles.

Proficiency in utilizing generative AI for personal or professional purposes.

Outstanding communication and public speaking abilities.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Willingness to work on‑site in Austin, TX.

Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
