About the Job The On Premise Festival & Event Manager plays a critical role within the organization’s national festival and third‑party event strategy. This position leads key relationships at both national and regional levels and is responsible for overall negotiation, planning, development, project management, and success of all sponsored music festivals and third‑party events within their territory and beyond. Travel of 40–50% is required.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate, plan, and manage all aspects of sponsored music festivals and third‑party events.
Develop and execute the organization’s festival and event strategy.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with festival promoters, vendors, and industry leaders.
Ensure the quality and success of all events across all locations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in live event production and experiential marketing, with proven festival experience.
Strong relationships and a respected reputation with festival promoters, vendors, and industry leaders.
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.
