Role Description

This is a direct sales role for a Sports Medicine Sales Representative. The representative will be responsible for selling and promoting ZetrOZ Systems' proprietary medical technology platforms designed for pain management of Knee Osteoarthritis and chronic soft-tissue injuries. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and maintaining client relationships to drive sales growth. Additionally, the representative will provide training and support to clients to ensure effective use of the portfolio of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of pain management therapies, devices, and medications, including their mechanisms of action, indications, and contraindications.

Identify and establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals involved in pain management.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products to physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare providers.

Achieve sales targets and quotas within a designated territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of pain management portfolio.

Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues.

Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., life sciences, business) is generally preferred.

Previous sales experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent presentation and sales skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of the healthcare industry and pain management therapies.
