Age Solutions is looking for a Senior Network Field Services Engineer to join our team onsite at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam (JBPH).
The Senior Network Field Services Engineer functions as the technical authority for non-plant network/voice; sets standards and acceptance criteria. Architects complex activations, resiliency, and rollback plans; runs root-cause analyses (RCAs). Interfaces with Base Communications Office (BCO) leadership; mentors Levels I–II.
This is an onsite position based on the island of Oahu, HI with travel required throughout the island. Occasional travel to Kauai, HI is also required. Candidates must be local to Oahu.
Responsibilities
Multi-tenant cutovers, multi-vendor interoperability, complex timing/clock recovery.
Service level agreement (SLA) stewardship and service dashboards; capacity and lifecycle planning.
Approves security baselines and change models.
Qualifications
Citizenship and Clearance:
US Citizenship is required.
Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) eligible; Department of Defense (DoD) Secret preferred.
Experience:
10+ years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications:
Expert routing/switching/voice integration; proven leadership of major cutovers.
Certifications (Preferred):
CCNP (or equivalent), ITIL-aligned problem management.
Compensation $130,000 - $140,000
