About the Role We are seeking an experienced

Microsoft Cloud Solutions Engineer

to design, implement, and support modern cloud infrastructure and services across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for a hands-on technologist who thrives on solving complex challenges, automating processes, and driving digital transformation through Microsoft’s cloud ecosystem.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient cloud solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security).

Implement and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, and Teams.

Configure and maintain Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and identity synchronization solutions (AAD Connect, Entra Connect Sync).

Develop and manage automation scripts using PowerShell.

Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute cloud migrations and modernization projects.

Provide tier-3 support and troubleshooting for cloud and hybrid environments.

Stay current with Microsoft technologies, best practices, and certification standards.

Qualifications Required:

3–5+ years of experience in Microsoft cloud engineering, modern workplace administration, or related IT roles.

Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

Hands-on experience with identity management, security, and networking in Azure.

Strong scripting and automation skills.

Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred:

Microsoft cloud certifications.

Experience with Intune / Endpoint Manager, Defender for Cloud, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).

Familiarity with hybrid cloud integrations and on-premises Active Directory environments.

Experience working in MSP, enterprise, or multi-tenant environments.
