We're seeking a Data Engineer to join our remote team and help us solve meaningful problems with clean, scalable data solutions.
What You'll Do:
Join the team as a Senior-Level Data Engineer
Build and maintain robust ETL pipelines from scratch
Work with large, complex datasets using Python and raw SQL
Use tools like PySpark, AWS, and Databricks daily
Design, build, and optimize high-performance data pipelines and ETL workflows in Databricks on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and process healthcare datasets, including claims, EHR, and payer-provider data.
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices to ensure data quality, lineage, and security.
Deliver data solutions that drive business outcomes for enterprise clients
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
Strong Python and SQL skills
Hands‑on experience with PySpark, AWS, and Databricks
8+ years of experience in data engineering, including at least 5 years hands‑on with Databricks in AWS environments.
Proven experience working with healthcare datasets (claims data preferred) and understanding of U.S. regulatory standards such as HIPAA.
Strong foundation in SQL, ETL/ELT, and data warehousing.
Familiarity with data governance and quality tools such as AWS Glue Data Catalog or Lake Formation.
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
