Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Wealth Advisor with a proven ability to develop and manage high-net-worth client relationships. This role requires an established book of business that will transition to the firm, as well as a demonstrated ability to attract new clients through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships. A successful candidate will have a strong reputation in the market, deep COI relationships, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Bring an established book of business and transition existing client relationships to the firm. Proactively identify and cultivate new high-net-worth client relationships through personal networks, referrals, and professional partnerships. Strengthen relationships with attorneys, CPAs, private equity professionals, and other COIs to generate a consistent pipeline of new clients. Lead business development initiatives, including speaking engagements, client events, and firm-sponsored marketing efforts.
Client Relationship Management & Advisory Services
Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering sophisticated wealth management solutions, including estate planning, tax-efficient strategies, and investment management. Oversee the implementation of customized financial plans and ensure exceptional client service. Actively monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and economic developments to provide proactive advice.
Leadership & Firm Growth
Mentor junior advisors and support firm-wide initiatives to strengthen the team’s expertise and effectiveness. Contribute to strategic growth initiatives, including firm leadership discussions and operational improvements. Represent the firm as a thought leader at industry conferences, client engagements, and networking events.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field CPWA, CFA, or similar designation preferred, or a willingness to pursue. 7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field. Established book of business with a proven track record of successfully developing and retaining high-net-worth clients. Strong business development skills, with the ability to generate new client relationships through referrals and professional partnerships. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. FINRA Series 65, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to firm growth and long-term equity participation. Why Join Us?
