As a
Web Developer , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of the U.S. Navy. You will play a crucial role in supporting our CNIC Enterprise Infrastructure Services team which provides system administration and development/maintenance support of Commander, Navy Installation Command (CNIC) TWMS application.
Responsibilities
Web applications developer/Cyber security Engineer for the Department of the Navy’s Total Workforce Management Services (TWMS) software application in an AWS Cloud Environment.
Develop, design, and code modules for the Navy Total Workforce Management (TWMS).
Utilize Visual Studio, Classic ASP, ASP.NET, C#, HTML, CS, Bootstrap, MS SQL language, and MS‑SQL Server Management Studio.
Build IA into systems deployed to operational environments (Windows Server).
Assist architects and systems developers in identifying and implementing appropriate information security functionality to ensure uniform application security policy and enterprise solutions.
Develop and maintain TWMS Web Modules/processes: Information module, CWF module, CWF Designation Letter, CWF Workforce editing tool, Document Upload module. TWMS Modules responsibilities include but are not limited to: TWMS General.
Modify TWMS DB and programs.
Process Tier II/III Remedy tickets, requests supporting TWMS functionality and data errors, and correct issues as identified.
Coordinate with TWMS via TWMS tickets and track tasking through TWMS tracking system.
Status reporting.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret clearance or SSBI.
3+ years of Web Development experience.
Experience developing applications in an AWS cloud environment.
DoD 8570 IAT II compliant – Security+ CE certification.
BS Degree in Computer Science or IT related field.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Location: Onsite in San Diego, CA.
