Why This Role Matters Vimaan is scaling rapidly in the U.S., and this role will be pivotal in accelerating that growth. As the
Marketing Lead , you’ll partner directly with the CEO and sales team to build and execute a modern, AI-empowered marketing engine. You’ll own demand generation, product marketing, and brand growth—combining strategic insight with hands‑on execution to bring Vimaan’s story to life for warehouse and logistics customers across the country.
This is not a “manager of agencies” role—it’s a
builder
role for someone who thrives on experimentation, iteration, and impact.
What You’ll Do
Demand Generation:
Create and execute campaigns to generate high-quality leads across SEO, email, LinkedIn, paid media, and PR.
Sales Enablement:
Build content, collateral, and narratives that help sales close deals—decks, case studies, videos, and one‑pagers.
Product & Brand Marketing:
Deeply understand our products and customer personas; translate complex AI + robotics value into clear, compelling messaging.
Trade Show Ownership:
Lead the planning and execution of trade shows and industry events end‑to‑end with the help of both internal teams and external vendors.
AI‑Driven Marketing:
Use AI tools (Jasper, Apollo, Clay, HubSpot AI, etc.) to scale personalization, automate outreach, and optimize campaigns.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
Work directly with the CEO, Head of Product, and U.S. sales team; collaborate with our India‑based engineering and marketing specialists.
Agency & Contractor Management:
Identify, onboard, and manage creative and digital agencies; own outcomes and accountability.
Measurement:
Own funnel analytics, conversion tracking, and experiment‑driven growth reporting.
Who You Are
Experience in
B2B marketing, SaaS, or enterprise tech
(preferably in growth or product marketing) with demonstrable results.
Preferred to have experience in marketing complex
hardware + software products
(e.g., robotics, automation, industrial tech, logistics solutions) and an appreciation for the nuances of positioning physical + digital systems to enterprise customers.
A
self‑starter
with proven results scaling awareness and leads in fast‑growth environments.
Comfortable working directly with sales and executive leadership to align marketing with pipeline goals.
Experience with marketing tech stack:
HubSpot, WordPress, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, Microsoft Clarity.
Skilled in
AI‑first marketing workflows —you see automation as leverage, not a threat.
Strong communicator with storytelling ability and an analytical mindset.
Hands‑on, resourceful, and capable of moving fast with minimal guidance.
