Overview Duly’s Value‑Based Care organization is dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery by emphasizing quality outcomes and patient‑centric approaches.
Reporting to the Director of VBC Transformation, the Senior Associate’s primary responsibilities are to support the design, impact assessment, and implementation of strategic value‑based care initiatives, drive change, cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure successful execution.
Responsibilities Leverage analytical & strategic thinking to design and execute VBC initiatives.
Translate strategy to operational tactics that achieve greatest strategic impact.
Execute transformation initiatives aligned with the organization’s value‑based care goals.
Implement transformation objectives within cross‑functional teams to enhance patient outcomes and reduce costs.
Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with analytics teams to identify key performance indicators and success metrics.
Assist in monitoring and measuring effectiveness of changes and make recommendations for further improvement.
Build credibility with stakeholders, handle conflict with professionalism and care.
Communicate impact findings effectively to foster culture of adaptability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Guide and support teams as they navigate change.
Develop and maintain project documentation (charter, scope, goals, milestones, deliverables).
Drive and ensure successful delivery of multiple projects.
Establish and meet timelines and due dates.
Communicate project objectives, goals, and progress to key stakeholders.
Partner with stakeholders to address potential risks.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration or related field required.
Experience:
3‑5+ years in consulting and operations required; 1+ year healthcare experience preferred.
Compensation Base pay range: $99,847 – $149,770. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
