About the Role The Technical Product Manager will function as a key contributor in the Product organization and will have ownership of a core set of our technology platform's capabilities. This role spans ideation to execution and delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Define the product vision and strategy for the self‑service customer experience team.

Work closely with sales, engineering, and data analytics to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Create a product roadmap from conception to launch, balancing quick wins, experimentation, and long‑term feature delivery.

Align cross‑team dependencies and develop concrete execution plans to meet customer needs.

Identify and quantify success criteria for all products and features.

Research and interview customers to prioritize pain points across our broad base.

Qualifications

4+ years of product management managing complex technical products.

Strong product sense; capable of synthesizing large sets of information into clear, actionable requirements.

Experience brainstorming vague ideas into concrete specs with engineering and design.

Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

High comfort with ambiguity and ability to synthesize actionable next steps.

Bias for action.

Ability to dive deep while maintaining a big‑picture view.

Nice to Have

Experience writing client libraries and SDKs.

Product‑led growth experience at a B2B SaaS company.

Experience with the developer‑tools ecosystem.
