The Role We’re hiring a
Lead Product Designer
to drive design for Overjet’s newest 0→1 initiative, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). This greenfield opportunity lets you define the product experience from the ground up and set the vision for a new category of tools that bridges clinicians and insurers.
You’ll work directly with product managers, engineers, data scientists, customer success managers, and clinical researchers to surface insights and co‑create solutions, ensuring design is at the forefront of product strategy.
This role gives you the chance to be at the leading edge of applied AI in healthcare, directly improving patient outcomes and strengthening provider‑insurer collaboration. You’ll join during our high‑growth phase, where momentum creates outsized opportunities for impact and leadership.
At Overjet, we are a design‑led and product‑led company. As a Design Lead across a suite of products you’ll own an entire vertical and help the design team scale, while shaping our design practice, system, and culture.
Responsibilities
Define and evangelize Overjet’s design principles and practices
Lead user research to inform UX design
Distill complex dental practices and regulatory needs into simple, outcome‑oriented user experiences
Partner with product managers, engineers, data scientists, customer success managers, and clinical researchers to define problems, prototype design, and user experience
Inspire and support product teams to build towards the UX vision efficiently
Qualifications
10+ years of product design experience at a high‑growth B2B SaaS tech company, preferably in the enterprise space
Prior diagnostic imaging experience is a nice‑to‑have
A strong portfolio demonstrating both personal and team‑based work
Proficiency in user‑centered design thinking methodologies
Outstanding visual design aesthetics combined with holistic UX
Experience being user‑facing and performing your own customer/user research
Understanding of acquisition & conversion, data‑informed design
Ability to articulate, negotiate, and refine design solutions with cross‑functional partners
Strong AI‑first mindset and experience leveraging AI tools in your day‑to‑day
Having built a design system in the past is a nice‑to‑have
