JCW is a commercial bank based in the Salt Lake City metro area that is looking to add a Strategic Partner Compliance professional to work with its Fintech partners. The role reports to the VP of Strategic Partner Compliance.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the SME for the bank for lending compliance rules and regulations for the Strategic Partners.
Oversee the Strategic Partner’s compliance management system to be compliant with the Bank Compliance policies and procedures.
Assist the bank’s compliance team for state/federal exams and audits.
Role Requirements
5+ years of Strategic Partner Compliance experience working with Fintech partners in banking.
Familiarity with Consumer Compliance regulations including UDAAP, ECOA, TILA, FCRA, etc.
CRCM certification preferred.
Salt Lake City, UT Salary: $22.94 - $30.21 per hour
