Overview The Manager, Audience Strategy, DTAI will help operationalize and scale the Audience Strategy practice at Infinite Roar. In partnership with the Audience Strategy practice lead, this role will drive Ad-Tech/MarTech and data-led execution on behalf of our clients, while partnering closely with Strategy, Activation, Operations, Media Analytics and AdOps teams across multi-channel plans. The Manager is a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, detail-oriented individual, balancing their passion for innovative MarTech & Data solutioning experience with their bias toward action. This is a hybrid role in Chicago requiring three days a week in office.
Responsibilities
Serve as the day-to-day partner across teams, managing delivery against client workflows & operationalizing the vision for Audience Strategy.
Own tactical workflows & implementations, including utilization of best-in-class deterministic technologies, and ongoing documentation of audience strategy work.
Represent Audience Strategy as the in-house expert in how 1P and 3P audience data and data-driven media activation can drive business and improve ROI for clients.
Guide and drive optimization of addressable and offline audience strategies, using data-driven processes to improve targeting precision and optimize campaign performance in real time.
Conduct primary audience research, define core audiences to sustain and grow, and establish partner alignment to help shape marketing and content strategies.
Explain technical concepts in ordinary terms and understand platform/data technologies comprehensively.
Develop strong relationships with Identity Resolution platforms, CDPs, or other AdTech solutions, project-managing the deployment and activation of data technology solutions.
Partner with internal Programmatic and media investment teams to support campaign activation as well as advanced data use cases.
Share knowledge with client and internal teams regarding audience insights and results to impact business needs.
Find opportunities to advance audience work and craft meaningful proposals for clients to improve their data strategy as it relates to ad spend.
Qualifications
3+ years managing relationships across complex hierarchies and demonstrating ability to influence indirectly.
3+ years of experience in digital media and ad technology.
Excellent oral, written, and client presentation skills.
Technical familiarity of ad and marketing technology, including ad servers, dynamic creative, streaming video, ad verification, customer data platforms, identity resolution solutions, DSPs, etc.
Experience in using audience data to impact business outcomes through effective media strategies and activations.
Strong project management skills.
Previous agency-side experience preferred.
Experience managing multiple clients and/or brands across a variety of third-party marketing measurement technologies and platforms.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to new ad measurement and technology platforms and train team members quickly.
Digital Audience and Performance Marketing Data Analytics experience preferred.
Understanding and experience-based point-of-view on best-of-breed technology tools for BI/Data Analytics, Martech, Adtech, CDP, CRM.
Start-up experience is a plus.

Compensation Compensation Range: $87,210 - $125,265 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
