We’re seeking an experienced
General Manager
to lead operations for an exciting
new seafood restaurant concept launching soon in St. Petersburg, FL . This is a
pre-opening leadership opportunity
— ideal for someone who thrives on building from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping the menu, culture, and team before doors officially open. Base pay range
$50,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr What You’ll Do
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, from staffing and training to financial performance and guest satisfaction. Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing team that reflects our culture of quality, hospitality, and excellence. Partner closely with ownership during the pre-opening phase to refine operational systems and processes. Ensure top-tier food quality, consistency, and presentation standards — especially in seafood preparation and execution. Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and local health regulations. Drive profitability through effective cost control, scheduling, and inventory management. Lead by example — hands-on leadership both in the kitchen and front-of-house. Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service or fast-casual restaurant. Culinary or chef experience is strongly preferred — ideal for a leader who understands seafood preparation, kitchen operations, and front-line service. Flexible and entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable adapting in a pre-opening environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed once open. Why Join Us
