The Integration, Fusion & Portfolio Senior Specialist plays a critical role in advancing the FAAs Broad National Air Traffic Control System (BNATCS) modernization by coordinating complex system integrations, aligning agile portfolio initiatives, and ensuring synchronized capability delivery across enterprise programs. This position enables technical and operational fusion across the FAAs mission systems-bridging engineering, cybersecurity, and program management disciplines. The Senior Specialist ensures that all modernization activities are executed in accordance with FAA AMS, enterprise architecture standards, and agile-at-scale methodologies to deliver a resilient, interoperable National Airspace System (NAS). Key Responsibilities: Lead integration planning and execution activities across BNATCS task orders, ensuring technical and schedule alignment across systems, portfolios, and program increments (PIs). Develop and maintain integration roadmaps that align FAA strategic objectives, enterprise architecture, and modernization timelines. Apply Agile-at-Scale (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) principles to synchronize capability releases and manage dependencies across vendor and FAA teams. Collaborate with engineering, safety, and cybersecurity teams to ensure integrated solutions meet operational, security, and compliance requirements. Support portfolio-level prioritization, backlog management, and value stream coordination across FAA ATO, AJM, AJW, and contractor organizations. Facilitate cross-functional agile ceremonies (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt sessions) to ensure transparency and continuous improvement in delivery. Utilize digital engineering and MBSE tools to maintain traceability from requirements through design, test, and deployment. Support fusion of operational data, analytics, and technical baselines to enhance interoperability and decision-making across the BNATCS ecosystem. Identify and mitigate integration risks and cross-program dependencies to maintain alignment with FAA AMS milestones and enterprise governance. Provide progress metrics, dashboards, and technical reports to leadership summarizing integration readiness and portfolio performance. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Program/Portfolio Management, or related discipline; Masters preferred. 8-10 years of experience in enterprise integration, agile program management, or large-scale system modernization-preferably within FAA, DoD, or federal critical infrastructure environments. Strong understanding of Agile-at-Scale (SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban) and Lean Portfolio Management principles. Proven experience in coordinating multi-system integration and capability delivery across multiple vendors or task orders. Familiarity with FAA AMS processes, enterprise governance structures, and modernization frameworks. Experience using collaboration and portfolio tools such as Jira Align, Confluence, or equivalent digital engineering systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills, with ability to drive alignment across diverse technical and management teams. Certifications such as SAFe Agilist, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), PMP, or PMI-ACP preferred. Active or eligible for Public Trust or higher federal clearance. Peraton Overview

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. EEO
