Job Overview:
Seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect to lead the design, customization, and integration of a newly implemented CRM platform. This role is key to optimizing service delivery and ensuring alignment with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions
Customize apps (Sales, Customer Service), workflows, Power Automate, and plugins
Integrate with ERP, GIS, and 311 systems
Lead data migration efforts
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders
Mentor junior staff and enforce architectural best practices
Stay updated on platform enhancements and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field
5+ years in Dynamics 365 solution architecture
Public sector experience is a plus
Strong in Power Platform, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, Azure
Familiarity with Dataverse, DevOps, CI/CD
Experience with tools like KingswaySoft or Scribe a plus
Preferred Certifications
Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
Customer Service Consultant Associate
Work Environment
Hybrid role – minimum 2 days onsite in Atlanta, GA
Occasional off‑hours support may be required
