General Manager – Aloft Charlotte Airport
We are seeking a hands‑on, energetic General Manager to join our team at the Aloft Charlotte Airport. The General Manager is the backbone of all hotel operations, taking responsibility for training, culture, and the overall running of the hotel. This role requires effective and efficient operations while achieving guest satisfaction and revenue goals.

What You Will Be Doing
Be an engaging, inclusive, and inspiring leader who relates to all levels of talent.
Manage design details and the soul of the operation with creative flair.
Comprehend and utilize Profit and Loss statements to drive performance.
The Ideal Candidate
At least 5 years of experience in a hotel setting.
Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager or General Manager of a limited‑service hotel.
